Easter

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

This Sunday is Easter (no surprise to anyone because it is everywhere being shouted - new clothes, chocolate, baskets, and all the fillings). In fact even suggestions on what to fill the baskets with and graphs showing the percentage of ingredients. All to complicated for me. To all my loved ones near and far,

Easter - Jesus in the Garden of Gethsemane

Easter - Jesus arrested and was brought before the high priest and the governor

Easter - Jesus hung on the cross and on either side of Him was another cross. The man on the right and the man on the left -

Easter - Jesus died on the cross, was buried.

Easter - A severe earthquake, an angel of the Lord descended from heaven and came and rolled away the stone and sat upon it. And the angel said to the women, "Do not be afraid; for I know that you are looking for Jesus who has been crucified. "He is not here, for He has risen, just as He said.

Easter - Jesus said.

A Matter of Perspective

Greetings to my dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

On Monday I had tweeted that I was going to see what had happened at my other life (work). After sharing with my boss what my thought had been his reply, you mean your real life, you spend more time here than any other place. We both laughed but it got me to thinking. Where I physically spend my time does not define my life. I indeed have a real life - and that is me being me before my Abba Father. He directs my steps, He wraps me in His Arms and comforts me, He sings songs over me and He will never leave me nor forsake me. So my LIFE is in the LORD.

Abba Father, How great thou art, how Great thou art, Always and in all ways You are Sovereign. I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that today she would come before Your Throne of Grace and SHOUT and DANCE. A celebration that she is Loved by the One who Created it all and will wrap her in Love and Hope and Joy. Lord may she be excited about her life. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Loving Life,

Philippines 4:19 - How Vast is HIS Supply

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

I pray that all of you are anticipating the arrival of Spring, after all these wintry months. These past few months have brought many challenges to all of us. Weather challenges, health challenges, relationship challenges, and not knowing from day to day challenges. And with these challenges comes promises. Yes God's Promises. He calms the storms, He heals the sick and infirmed, He's our Friend who never leaves us nor forsakes us and He is the One who directs our steps. YES, JESUS!!

How Vast is HIS Supply. And just as the flowers will come up though the snow, the buds will appear on the branch, the warm wind will begin to blow, and all of Nature will Sing GOD will Supply.

Abba Father, How Great is Your Name, I pray that each dear and precious sister-in-Christ will call upon the Name of Jesus and Your Promise will be to supply all her needs. (Philippines 4:19). Thank you oh most Sovereign Lord that You Will. In Jesus Name, Amen.

I'm Standing on this Promise,

Do You See It - Psalm 119:105

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

Growing up in Montana there were plenty of opportunities to scan the open fields for wildlife and look intently into the creek or lake for that one big fish. Also while camping or celebrating in the forested areas we would climb the rocks and scurry around looking for something. On several occasions if you got to the place where everyone was looking at something the question would be asked, "do you see it?" Then the search was on-eyes glued to the spot, adjusting your eyesight to see it. And when it was seen the discovery of finding it was wonderful, then everyone would talk at the same time about the marvelous discovery.

Now verse Psalm 119:105, "Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path." I have had hanging in my "Jesus Room" for many years now, and it was just this morning while preparing to post that the words were illuminated. Yes LORD I do see it.

Abba Father, Praise thee, How Great Thou Art, thank You for Your Son Jesus Christ, the WORD which is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that today and for the days ahead she would have that which she has been intently searching for which she has not been able to see yet, would be discovered and the shouts of JOY would be sent heavenward being a testimony to the Faithfulness and Goodness of our most Sovereign LORD. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Do You See It?

I Am Loved By The King

Greetings dear sisters-in-Christ,

For the past few days, no matter what time of the day or where I am - first waking up, work, or just sitting, there is a song that pops into my head and I am overwhelmed. The song is something that we occasionally sing in church. And the one single verse that keeps popping up is, "I am loved by the the King and it makes my heart want to sing." And then I'm filled to overflowing with the wonderful knowing that no matter the circumstance I am Loved. And not only that I am Loved but to even make it more amazing is that I am Loved by the Creator. GOD. How wonderful, how marvelous that GOD loves me and even though my singing will not even get me into the top 50 for American Idol or quiet a baby's cries I can still sing because HIS LOVE is all that matters and that is why my heart wants to sing.

Abba Father, Glorious and Mighty, thank you for all your Promises that are Yes and Amen. I pray for each dear sister-in-Christ that today and this week You would continually remind her that she is Loved by You and what would pour forth from her would be continual praise of how Great is Your Love for her. Lord Come, open the eyes of ours hearts and fill us that we can and will testify to Your Faithfulness and Goodness. In Jesus Name, Amen.

My Heart Sings,
