It's Beginning to Look a lot Like Christmas
Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,
A granddaughter who just turned 4 and me to turn 59 and then the celebration of the birth of Christ. What can be more glorious than that - I am reminded of the song, "It is beginning to look a lot like Christmas ...", yes! The lights and the singing and the gifts, yes! A bright star, the angels singing and the gifts given, Yes it is beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Much has happened this past year which causes me to be even more joyful and hopeful this Christmas. I am also reminded that this time of the year when many give from their hearts while others give just because that we as sisters-in-Christ have been given the greatest and most precious gift of all.
Abba Father, How Great Thou Art, How Glorious, How Magnificent is Your Love. Praise thee oh Praise thee with our hearts and our lips and our minds. Lord, I pray for each dear sister-in-Christ this day and in the days ahead, may she be reminded that she is Loved By the King. May she give her gifts with Love, Joy and Hope. Lord, as she hears or reads the story of the Birth of Christ, may You reveal to each one a TRUTH. In Jesus Name, Amen.
