Isaiah 12:2 and 3

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

I hope that all is well and that life is being lived in abundance and this is why I hope, "Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid: for the LORD JEHOVAH is my strength and my song; he also is become my salvation. Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation."

I don't know to many places any longer that have a well and you must let down the bucket and draw the water or even a pump where you have to use the lever to draw the water from the spout, but that is what I am picturing as I read the verse. All we need do is turn on a faucet and instantly we have water flowing. I think that we are at a disadvantage at times because of this - if indeed we had to work at drawing the water it would be that more precious to us.

My prayer today dear and precious sisters-in-Christ:

Abba Father, Holy and Pure, may each one of us today draw water out of the wells of salvation. Lord may we have Your Joy which anoints each heart with a purity to be at rest in the blessed assurance that our God is our salvation. Oh Lord, no matter what prayer is asked, no matter what amount of seeking Your will and no matter how many times we knock may it be that we rejoice in the fact that our names are written in the Book of Life and that Jesus Christ is the Name above all Names and worthy of all our Praise. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Isaiah 25:1 - The Lord's Counsels of Old

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

I opened my bible this morning in search of a verse to ponder upon in this posting. The verse, "O LORD, thou art my God; I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name; for thou hast done wonderful things; thy counsels of old are faithfulness and truth."

How precious is our LORD, how marvelous are His Ways, yes His counsels of old -

Counsel definition - Advice

Faithfulness definition - the quality of being faithful, fidelity

Truth definition - A quality or state of being true; that which is true or in accordance with fact or reality.

These two counsels are defined as qualities - Definition of quality: the standard of something as measured against other things of a similar kind; the degree of excellence of something; general excellence of standard or level

WOW!!

These are our LORD's counsels - need we seek and ask and knock anywhere else. The LORD's counsels - need we desire anything else.

Abba Father, yes this day I will exalt thy name and I will praise thy name. Oh most Sovereign Lord I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that she desire thy counsels of old and exalt Your Name and Praise Your Name. Lord Jesus the Name above all names, worthy of all praise may she lift her hands and her heart unto thee and begin walk through this day knowing that she is deeply and intimately and unconditionally LOVED. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Taking a Prayer Walk

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

I'm taking a deep breath today as I begin to write this post. September is the month when the Lord has called me to once again take a journey with HIM. This September is so different than any other year - for this year I am with HIM in a lush garden. I have been here only 5 days and yet it seems like an eternity. As I walk around in this garden today I will be praying for all of you near and far.

Abba Father, this place where You have placed me today, Praise to thee, how Glorious, how Magnificent, how Holy are Your Ways and Your Thoughts towards each dear and precious sister-in-Christ. Precious sisters-in-Christ may He pour into Your hearts His Divineness and may you each come before Him with the blessed assurance that He has drawn You to Him. It is in HIM alone that You find completeness and acceptance and a LOVE so amazing. Look into the Face of Jesus and worship the King of kings and Lord of lords. Let all that is burdensome to thee be placed at HIS feet. In Jesus Name, Amen.
