I Have Yet...

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

Have you been asked a question regarding something you had said that you would do or if you had been or something you had thought about doing, and your response was, "I have yet..."

I have, in fact, lately this is the answer that has been given far too often. I am in need of a new perspective!! No doubt about it. How about all of you? Are there too many, "I have yet... responses in your life?

Let us consider, Phil. 4:13, "I can do ALL things through Him who strengthens me." Most definitely this is a new perspective, right?

Earlier this week, I received a text that ended with three words, "all goes smoothly." I pondered on the word, "All" and still pondering on the three words. All is so vast of a word, how can it be comprehended followed by goes and then smoothly. Who doesn't want "all goes smoothly" in a crisis, in a difficult situation, in a decision, in a recital, in an interview, in a conflict and even in a victory. If you have yet... because you do not know if it will go smoothly then might I suggest that in the reading of Phil. 4:13 you would be encouraged to proceed for it is written, "I can do ALL things through Him who strenghtens me."

So... if your response is, "I have yet..."

Let us pray: Abba Father, The Author and Perfector of our Faith, the Alpha and Omega, the "ALL". Oh Lord, thank You, O most Holy Lord that All things were created by You and in the creating You said that it was Good. Lord, in our lives may our plea that "all goes smoothly" be our three words of Faith in action, for to believe that it will is our Trust in You. Lord as each dear and precious sister-in-Christ lives each day may her dreams and desires and wants and needs be a witness to the world that we have such a God that LOVES us and tells us in His Word, that "I can do ALL things through Him who strengthens me." May their lives be a testimony of how smoothly ALL goes when they TRUST in the One who has made it ALL. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Blessings Upon You,

Being Embraced By His Beauty - Psalm 27:4

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

Statements such as "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" and "beauty is only skin deep" are truly temporal.

Psalm 27:4 reads, "One thing I have asked from the LORD, that I shall seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, To behold the (f)Beauty of the LORD and to meditate in His temple." FootNote: (f) delightfulness.

Yes, to behold the Delightfulness of the LORD - definition of: causing delight; charming

Yes, The LORD is always causing delight - definition of: take great pleasure; great pleasure; a cause or source of great pleasure.

The LORD is our cause, the LORD is our source, and to behold that Beauty is like being embraced and being immersed in such great pleasure that all of our senses go into overload in a GOOD way.

Dearest and most precious sisters-in-Christ, in such a time as this, may we too have only one thing to ask, yes I know that our times are in disarray and the temporal things seem to be before our eyes and on the surface of our lives each day, but still... may we have one thing to ask and seek. Our hearts cry out to the LORD - Let us Pray --

Abba Father,

All Praise and Honor and Glory in Your Name, oh LORD we come before You this morning and ask and seek that "we may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, and to Behold the Beauty, Your Delightfulness, and to meditate (ponder) in Your Temple. Lord may we be in such as place that each day we are "being Embraced by Your Beauty, Your Delightfulness". In Jesus Name, Amen.

Being Embraced By His Beauty,

The Tenth Day of June - Psalm 68:19

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

I have a journal for June created June of 2016 when my daughter and her family came to Hawaii to visit us for a week. My granddaughter and I had a crafting day and my choice was to decorate a writing tablet. The cover page is decorated with flowers and birds and birdhouses and a straw hat and a watering can. Two banners which read, "June" and "Hip Hip HOORAY!" Attached is a little card which reads, "Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens." The back cover is decorated in bumble bees and butterflies, a straw hat, a pretty blue ribbon bow, and a saying, "Caught being good."

I use this journal for the month of June - so far there are still enough pages for my morning time writing.

Today is the tenth day of June, the month of Joy, and each day seems to have a collection of burdens that seem to be endless. A single day seems to stretch and stretch itself endlessly so.......today let us SHOUT - HIP HIP HOORAY to the Lord, to God our Savior. Let us put on the "Helmet of Salvation" (our straw hat), and witness the Beauty of the Lord as we look upon the birds and butterflies and flowers and with watering can in hand (the Living Water) let us be "Caught being good."

Abba Father, Praise be to Thee, to God our Savior. LORD thank You that You DAILY bear our burdens, thank You that You infuse Your Beauty and Fragrance into every day. Thank You that each day is filled with Your tender mercies. I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that she would rejoice and be glad for this is the day that You made and that also You bear our burdens. In Jesus Name, Amen.

HIP HIP HOORAY for this day,

2 Corinthinans 4:18

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

I had to giggle this morning because... As with each Wednesday, I have not a single idea, or should I say nothing comes to mind as to what I should post. This morning was no different and the reason for the giggles was because as I was thinking, God reminded me in such a gentle way, "How many times do I have to tell you that I alone will provide the words once you place your hands on the keyboard." I immediately started to giggle and said, "everytime Lord!" And yes, I need reminding every day, all day, and then some more during the day. My LORD is ALL! Our LORD is ALL. He is ALL! Always has been, always will be, and always is!!

As we enter into the month of June may it be filled with JOY. Fabulous JOY, flourishing JOY, expectant JOY, exuberant JOY, luscious JOY, bountiful JOY and embracing JOY. Godly JOY - Jesus, Others, Yourself - Forver eternal JOY.

Not looking at the seen which is temperal but looking at the unseeen which is eternal!!

Abba Father,

Glorious and mighty and beyond all that we can imagine, how marvelous are Your ways and Your thoughts, beyond all comprehension.
Lord thank You that You fill each of us with JOY, Yes Your Joy, which embraces us with Life and Truth and Hope and Love. A Love that is so vast and cannot be contained, or drained, or depleted, or destroyed, or marred, or covered. Lord I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that her day(s) ahead would be filled with Your Joy that bubbles up inside her and she begins to giggle. And with the giggles comes the thankfulness in knowing that she is the daughter of the King and so much more. She is deeply and intimately known and may she find Joy in something small everyday of her life. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen.

Giggling today,

LyndiaSue
