Psalm 85

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ,

I awoke to the sound of rain this morning. The kind of sound which causes the senses to smile because in hearing it you know that it is good. It is the gentle patter of refreshment because as it falls on the blades of grass and the leaves of the trees they welcome the nourishment.

Oh, dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, if only we would welcome the refreshing of the Lord. He comes so gently. His sweet Whispers, His Healing Touch, His beautiful Fragrance so overwhelm our senses if we would only open our ears and our hearts and our lives to Him.

This is my prayer: Abba Father, Praise and Glory and Honor to thee alone. Oh Most Sovereign Lord I come before Your Throne of Grace into Your Presence and desire nothing more than to be watered by thee. Lord I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ this morning that she would allow Your Gentleness to anoint her mind and body and soul. Come Holy Spirit and gently rain upon each of us bringing Your refreshing Counsel that soaks into our hearts and minds and bodies and gives us the passion to run the race which has been set before us. In Jesus Name, Amen.

Property of the Eternal,

LyndiaSue
