Lining Up My Truth with God's Truth

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, I have friends and family who are in the direct path of Milton. I say this because this morning I would like to pray for those who are living in the path of Milton. Abba Father, Holy and Righteous LORD, I pray for Your Protection over those who are being threatened by this storm. I pray for Your Provision for those who are trying to prepare for Milton as it approaches. I pray for Your Peace to overwhelm all the troubled and frenzied people. Lord, You are Sovereign and may You hear the prayers of Your children rising up and act on their behalf. In Jesus Name, Amen. Also I would like to share with you the prayer that I prayed on 5/14/07. I wrote it on a piece of paper and put it in an envelope and occasionally I find it, as I did today. "Heavenly Father, Abba Father, this time this date You have ordained that I make a binding agreement - the rules have been established - Holy Spirit come with groanings to the Lord with what I should bind unto thee. I will live in Your Truth - Your word oh most Sovereign Lord. Lord may I continually bring to You my truth. Oh, Lord my eyes to see Your Truth. Lord may my heart and my mind and my body be open to Your Truth. As I read and memorize Your Word may I ask, seek, and knock. May I continually line up my truth with Your Truth being rooted and established in Your Love. In Jesus Name, Amen." On the outside of the envelope I wrote, "This is my binding agreement with the Lord on this day 5/14/07." There are several dates on the letter and the envelope where I have read this prayer and today's date will be written as well. The most recent one was on 9/7/24 as I was recovering from COVID. These three verses are my references to why I ask and seek and knock for HIS truth - Psalm 119:160, "The sum of Your word is truth, and every one of Your righteous ordinances is everlasting." John 1:14, "And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth." and John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me." Let us pray - Abba Father, Gracious and Glorious and Mighty art thou. Thank You O Lord that we can come to You continually and constantly in worship and praises and supplications and prayers with thanksgiving. Lord, I ask that each dear and precious sister-in-Christ be richly blessed always and in all ways. May she be filled with Your Peace and Joy and Hope and Love to persevere through the fiercest of storms and know that You are God. In Jesus Name, Amen. Praying for His Goodness to Prevail,
LyndiaSue
