Enjoy Your Day of Adventure

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, The last Wednesday of January 2021 and what a wonderful and beautiful day because this is the day that the Lord has made and we will rejoice and be glad in it. Yes we are privileged to be able to live each day and rejoice! Imagine, as you begin to realize that you are coming awake that you hear these words whispered into your ear, "Arise, my darling, my beautiful one, and come along!" (Song of Solomon 2:13) Yes, The great I AM, Creator of ALL things, The Shepherd, The Potter, The Master Gardener, The Lord of lords, and King of kings, The Lamb, The Savior of the World, has just call you his darling, my beautiful one and His invitation to come along is very precious for He has already planned out the day. The day is filled with His tender mercies which are also new every day too. He is the Bread of Life and the Living Water, and He supplies all that you need for that day. So whether it is a path with flowers or a path with weeds or a path with dirty debris He has ordered the day. The enemy may try to distract you but still He (Word) is a lamp unto your feet and a light to your path. So even if it is a darkened day He is still with you every step and every breath of the way. Each day has its challenges and its mysteries and its beauty so enjoy your day of adventure. Abba Father, thank You for the wonderful and beautiful day filled with Your tender mercies and with ALL the things we need. Lord I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that she would hear Your whispers this morning as she arises and will be filled with such LOVE that she steps into her day REJOICING and will boldly proclaim of Your Goodness and Faithfulness and walk into her day and ENJOY the adventure of being with You. In Jesus Name, Amen. Skipping into my day of adventure,

This Beginning of Miracles - John 2:1-11

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, Scripture reading for this day is found in John 2, "And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there:...," We are engaged in an incident which has seemingly occured between Mary, Jesus' mother and Jesus himself regarding no wine at the wedding. Apparently someone had forgoten to order the wine. However, the response from Jesus to his mother was so much deeper in meaning. The exchange of words and actions taken by the servants who were also involved revealed that this was going to be bigger and better than anyone would ever imagine. Jesus words spoken vs. 4, 7, and 8, which state, "Woman, what have I do do with thee: mine hour is not yet come,; vs. 7 Fill the water pots with water,; and vs 8, Draw out now, and bear unto the governor of the feast," Finally in vs 11, "This beginning of miracles did Jesus in Cana of Galilee, and manifested forth his glory; and his disciples believed in him." This scripture of a wedding with no wine followed by the filling of empty water pots with water and servants delivering the filled water pots to the governor of the feast, which he drinks and announces that it is the finest of wines. Yes this is the beginning of miracles and his disciples believed in him. Do you believe in miracles? Have you experienced in your life where something very important was happening and all you were seeing were empty water jugs? Have you been asked to do or say something which seems questionable to you but when you do as instructed find that what you had filled the empty jugs with was actually the finest of... and later on many will say that it was a miracle. Yes, our Lord still fills us (empty water jugs) with His living water and what flows from us is the "good wine." He fills us with the BEST of us and then we are able to share with others and a miracle occurs, the miracle of His glory being manifested and His disciples believing in Him. Are you ready to be about Your Father's business? Abba Father, Gracious and Mighty and Glorious art Thou. O Lord I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that as she brings to You herself, an empty water jug, may You fill her up to the brim and deliver her to the places and peoples that You have planned and purposed for her life and as she pours herself out may Your glory be manifested and many believe for they have just been given the finest of..., "good wine". In Jesus Name, Amen. Being poured forth,

To Be or Not To Be Choose ME

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, Acts 2:22 which is a verse quoted by Peter to the crowd on the day of Pentecost, from the prophet Joel, "And it shall be that everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved." These past few months have been very taxing on ALL things. Nothing has not been affected! Yes the reality of our world will never be the same again in so many ways that we are not even aware of nor can imagine. I'm fairly certain that many around the world are questioning whether to be or not to be and just as Peter approached the crowd that had just witnessed this - "When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance." Yes earth shattering event for those who were present. Dear and precious sisters-in-Christ we, along with the whole world have also been through earth shattering events. Not only earth shattering but mind boggling and life changing. So may I suggest that in the midst of trying to figure out who or what to be or not to be, that you would choose JESUS CHRIST. His invitation is sprinkled with blood and is unlimited in supply and is given freely to EVERYONE. Draw closer to Him and begin to listen to Him and desire His embraces and His songs sung over you and His LOVE for you and as you do He will anoint you with His Peace. Abba Father, Praise and Glory and Honor to Thee. Lord I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that she would come before you in prayer and ask this day, "Make me know Your ways, O LORD: Teach me Your paths. Lead me in Your Truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; For You I wait all the day. Remember, O LORD, Your compassion and Your lovingkindnesses, For they have been from of old, Do not remember the sins of my youth or my transgressions; According to Your lovingkindness remember me, For Your goodness' sake, O LORD." (Psalm 25:4-7) In Jesus Name, I pray, Amen. Choosing Jesus Christ,

Welcome to 2021

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, Welcome to 2021!!! Yes three exclamation marks are required! Traditions - 1) New Year's Day was spent in taking down the Christmas decorations and instead of replacing the empty spaces with things that had previously been there am leaving the spaces empty. I'm seeking something special to place in my bay window and kitchen garden window this year. 2) Using a new devotional journal - ususally it is purchased in late November or early December. And since I have been doing it for several years now I have found that it usually sets the theme of my year. This year's theme is "taking one day at a time." Yes, I have tried through the years to do this but get caught up in so many things that each day seems to blend into each other. The year 2020 seemed to do that, don't you think? Same stuff, different day. So this year - "Each day is a new day!" With that being said, the devotional I chose, "Jesus Always Embracing Joy in His Presence" by Sarah Young. Yes, His Presence, how can I not live just "one day at a time" The cover is canvas and the lettering is a mixture of burgundy and gold lettering with delicate leaves with the same coloring. On the backside is written, "IN YOUR PRESENCE IS FULLNESS OF JOY." Psalm 16:11. Yes, welcome to 2021!!! My prayer dear and precious sisters-in-Christ: Abba Father, thank You that You have given us one day at a time and each day is filled with Your tender mercies and a command to "rejoice and be glad in it". LORD on the 6th day You "saw that all that He had made, and behold, it was very good. There was evening and there was morning, the sixth day." (Genesis 1:31) Yes, Lord on this 6th day of 2021 may we see the eternal, see what You SEE! That ALL that You had made and BEHOLD as You did "that is was GOOD." Oh Lord may each dear and precious sister-in-Christ experience, enjoy, exalt, exult, and in expectation live out each day at a time "embracing Joy in Jesus Presence. In Jesus Name I pray, Amen. Desiring to be in His Presence,
