John 1:1-4

Greetings dear and precious Sisters-in-Christ, I slept in this morning so when I finally decided to get out of bed and begin my morning my first thing was to open the sliding back door curtains. Aww, what a display this morning with the moon shining brightly and the neighbors trees displaying their rich and vibrant falls colors; colors of reds and yellows and oranges and faded greens. Then I preceded into the bedrooms to open the curtains and the sunrise peeking through the trees greeted me with such beauty that the whole skies lit up with greetings of "good morning." I stood at each window just to take it all in and rest in the goodness of the Lord. As I considered what to pen this morning John 1:1-4 seemed to demand of me for He is the One to give all the glory and honor and praise for my very breath this morning. Let us read, John 1:1-4,"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. in Him was life, and the life was the Light of men. The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it." Yes, Jesus the Light of the World!! I plan on walking in my favorite park, Tawawa Park, this morning and continue to enjoy the richness of the fall day. That is as far ahead as I can plan this morning and am thankful that I am able to share my last Wednesday morning with you all. Let us pray - Abba Father, Glorious Lord, thank You for all of our days, thank You for all the little details that you place in our lives as we enjoy and not have to endure, as we rejoice and not have to be depressed, as we are at peace and not have to be anxious or have fear and that we Hope and not be in despair. Oh Lord, You uphold us with Your righteous right hand and give us the strength to walk into another day of living in the Spirit. I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that she stand on the firm foundation that You are God and continue to step into her day(s) with expectant JOY. In Jesus Name, Amen. Taking my steps,
LyndiaSue
