Zephaniah 3:17 - The Lord Your God is in Your Midst

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, The last verse I read before going to sleep was Zephaniah 3:17, "The LORD your is in your midst, A victorious warrior. He will Exult over you with joy, He will be quiet in His love, He will rejoice over you with shouts of joy." If ever there was a reason to walk into 2025 with confidence and an assurance that life is going to be an adventure. Each day will be filled with The LORD your God who is a victorious warrior. And will He is doing is beyond all that you could ask or imagine. He exults (to express great pleasure or happiness), yes this is Him and it is over you with JOY and at the same time He will be quiet in His Love. I am thinking of myself on this one, my expressing love can be rather taxing on some people, for I tend to run amuck! He rejoices over you with shouts of joy. This reminds me of times spent with my children and grandchildren and just being in their homes or being engaged in something they are passionate about, I cheer them on to encourage them. New Year's eve was spent at my son's house and we played a couple board games. So much fun and shouts of joy when someone won but especially if my son or grandson won. Back to the verse - the words I glossed over at first was the fact that He is a victorious warrior! There is no losing when He is in our midst. Let us pray - Abba Father, our LORD who is a victorious warrior and in our midst. I pray for each dear and precious sister-in-Christ that her heart, soul, and mind will remember with each breath that they take You are in her midst and when she is hurting or failing or excited or rejected or accepted that still You will exult over her with joy, You will be quiet in Your love, and You will rejoice over her with shouts of joy and may they be heard and felt by all those who she comes in contact with. In Jesus Name, Amen. Do you hear it?
