Colossians 1:9-12

Greetings dear and precious sisters-in-Christ, The last Wednesday of October and for me it is really chilly but alas the sun is shining and there is a special glow in the air as I sit at my computer to pen this post. I plan on writing in the month of November (NaNoWriMo) so am collecting my thoughts on just what to write this year. Today's post will be a prayer found in Colossians 1:9-12 - this is my prayer for all of you near and far who have placed your trust and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. They are the words that Paul penned - Abba Father, I pray these words, "...and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so that you will walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please HIM in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God: strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for the attaining of all steadfastness and patience; joyously giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints of Light."
